To those of you reading this, this is my first post!! Yay! I’ve been wanting to create this blog for about a year and now I’ve finally had the chance. I am a college student and I am very passionate about cooking. This past school year my on campus apartment had a kitchen which I thought was going to be fantastic as I had been cooking all summer for my family. What I soon learned was that it was extremely hard to find recipes that catered to a college student who wanted to eat more than variations of Ramen. This summer I have decided to try my best to find recipes, that I can breakdown to serve one to two people (because lets be honest, leftovers are great for the first day but I hate eating the same flavor of chicken for a week because I don’t want to waste it haha, even though I want to chuck it out the window!). But as I was saying to serve one or two people, in a semi healthy, semi budget friendly way.
