This meal was so easy and good! I used a handful of frozen shrimp, some shakes of salt and pepper, a heaping 1/2tsp of minced garlic, 2 tsp of olive oil, cooked those all in a pan until the shrimp was done ( I might’ve overcooked mine, because I looked up after I cooked it the best way to cook it quick is better on medium high heat, I cooked mine on low! oppsy!)
Once cooked mix with a tablespoon of butter (depending on how many shrimps you decided to make and what size you used, I had small shrimp in my freezer.)
While the shrimp was cooking I heated up some rice, my mom bought these really cool inexpensive rice packets from uncle ben. you heat in microwave for 90 seconds!
